Who I am

I'm Daria Morrison, Co-Founder and CEO of Avelle Solutions — an AI automation agency based in British Columbia. I run the strategy side of the business: working out what a company actually needs automated, designing the system around it, and staying on the project through launch.

Avelle is founder-led. I handle process architecture and systems design, and I am on every project, which is deliberate — the person who scopes the work is the person who is still there when it goes live.

What I do

Most of my work starts in the same place: an owner-operated business where the process lives in someone's head, and nothing can scale until it lives somewhere else. My job is to turn that into a system.

Why we started Avelle

I kept watching the same story repeat across BC: owners answering calls at dinner, chasing invoices at midnight, losing good leads simply because nobody could reply fast enough. Meanwhile larger companies were building custom AI around exactly how they operate, and everyone else was being sold one-size-fits-none subscriptions — tools that demo beautifully and then sit unused.

We started Avelle to close that gap: to build the system around the business, never the other way around.

Selected work

Inspired Cannabis Inc. runs 51 retail locations across Canada. We built the agents that keep them compliant and responsive — review response time moved from a 72-hour average to under two minutes.
