Working examples · Built for a med spa
Six examples. Not the full list.
Working slices of six systems, wired up for an aesthetics clinic so the examples are something you can actually poke at. Answer a one-star review, phone the receptionist and talk to her out loud, refill a cancelled chair — none of it is recorded. This is a sample, not a menu. We build the same kinds of systems for trades, clinics, salons, retail and professional services, and most of what we build never fits on a page like this.
01 — REPUTATION
The one-star nobody had time to answer.
An unanswered bad review is the loudest thing on your listing. Most clinics know it and still leave them — writing a calm reply to someone furious is the last job anyone wants at 7pm. Click any review to watch a reply drafted for approval.

02 — VOICE
Meet Jessica. She never puts anyone on hold.
A clinic misses calls during treatments, over lunch, and every hour it is shut. Aesthetics clients rarely leave a voicemail — they are already dialling the next clinic on the list. Jessica picks up on the first ring, every time, and she is exactly as warm at 11pm as she is at 11am.

03 — TEXT
The enquiry that came in at 9:47pm.
Someone fills in your form on a Sunday evening. If the first reply lands on Tuesday morning, they have already booked elsewhere. Type anything you like below — this is not a canned replay with two buttons, it reads what you actually write.

04 — RETENTION
The revenue already on your books.
Botox wears off in three to four months. Filler at nine to twelve. Laser runs in courses. That makes a clinic's next quarter unusually predictable — and almost nobody tracks it. Every client who drifts past their window is one appointment away from trying somewhere else.
Select a client to see their history and the message waiting to go out.
05 — RECOVERY
The chair that emptied at 9am.
A cancellation is the most expensive message a clinic receives. By the time someone notices, phones round, and finds a taker, the afternoon is gone. This watches for the gap and fills it before anyone at the desk has finished reading the text — three offers out at once, first to accept takes it, everyone else let down gently.

06 — SCREENING
The questions nobody remembers to ask.
Blood thinners before filler. Isotretinoin before laser. Recent dental work, an active cold sore, a pregnancy nobody mentioned. These get missed at the desk on a busy day, and they are the ones that turn into a complication. This asks before the client arrives, and hands the practitioner a summary rather than an opinion.
Question 1 of 6
Which treatment are you booked in for?
Practitioner summary
Answers appear here as they come in.
This flags items for a qualified practitioner to review. It does not assess anyone, and it never tells a client whether a treatment is safe for them — that judgement stays with the clinician, every time.
07 — THE ARITHMETIC
What the missed ones are worth.
No industry averages and no numbers of ours — put your own in. The only figure that matters is the one you recognise.
Left on the table, a year
Your inputs × 52 weeks. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs in your browser and we never see it.
What you just used, precisely.
The voice is a real AI agent. She listens, reasons and speaks for herself, trained on this clinic's services and prices. She is the only part of this page that reaches an outside service, and the only part that costs anything each time somebody uses it.
Everything else runs in your browser. The review drafting, the retention forecast, the waitlist ranking and the screening are rule-based — which is why they answer instantly and cost nothing. A deployed build swaps those rules for models tuned on your own data and wires them into your real calendar, phone line and client records. What you see here is the shape of each system, not a cut-down version of it.
Lumen Aesthetics is invented. The reviews, prices, clients and bookings are illustrative and belong to nobody. And six is simply what fits on one page — it is not the extent of what we build.
Want this answering your line?
These six are examples. The useful conversation is about which parts of your business are leaking time or money, and whether any of this is worth pointing at them. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck — and if automation isn't worth it for you, we'll say so.
