How does the scoring work?
Each of the 11 questions has four options scored 1–4, giving a maximum of 44 points. Your answers are grouped across four business pillars — Acquisition, Administration, Production, and Retention. Each pillar gets a percentage score, and your overall AI readiness score is the weighted average across all pillars. Higher scores indicate greater AI maturity.
What areas does the assessment evaluate?
Four pillars: Acquisition (lead generation and follow-up speed), Administration (manual task burden and automation tool usage), Production (quality control, delivery tracking, and automatable steps), and Retention (client follow-up and review collection). Plus general AI literacy and biggest-bottleneck questions that inform all four pillars.
Can I retake the assessment later?
Absolutely. Many clients retake the assessment every 3–6 months to track AI maturity progress. As you implement automation, your score should increase. It's a great way to measure investment impact.
What if my team members get different scores?
That's normal and useful. Different departments often have different automation maturity. Have each team lead take it separately to identify which areas have the most room for improvement.
Do you store my assessment answers?
No. The assessment runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit any responses unless you choose to submit your email for the detailed breakdown. Your answers and score are calculated client-side and never sent to our servers.
What should I do after getting my results?
